Carpet Needs Stretching + Cleaning

We have relatively old carpet in our house that is bunching/gathering in several places throughout the house and need to have it stretched (as well as cleaned). In the future we will look at replacing the carpet however at the moment we just want a "quick fix" due to possibly renting the house out soon. Am looking for a quote first and will then work out whether or not it is worthwhile. Thanks.
