Replace rear entrance door cover. Demolition of current structure, and rebuilding of replacement, including spouting and down-pipe, with simple lean to aka carport style structure, timber framework and colour steel roofing. Construct and install cover over front door full length of stairs, simple timber structure and colour steel roof. Removal of all demolition and construction waste.
