Ceiling sand and repaint - First week of May

My property in Palmerston North has two small/medium bedrooms which have ceilings in need of a quality repaint please. Please note that this job is requested to be carried out over the first week of May please. Inspection in the prior week/weekend can be arranged when the tenants are present, to provide accurate quotations. One room has large chunks of paint flaking off and the other probably just needs a sand and a repaint. White anti-mould ceiling paint is preferred. Rooms are likely to be empty of furniture during this week only, but ample care will need to be taken to avoid paint splashes etc onwalls and wooden/carpetted floors. Full masking and drop sheeting to be carried out in any event. This property is occupied by long-term tenants. Thanks all.
