Ceiling repair please

Hi there, I have a small job for a builder/ plasterer/handy man, repairing some ceiling from where an old dryer was bracelet and the old dryer vent. And plastering. And then replace cornice to match the whole way around. I need ceiling to be paint ready ideally.
