Rental Property Tidy Up

We have purchased a rental property that is in need of some TLC. Below is a general list of work to be completed at the house. The property is vacant so we can arrange access to inspect the work. This is a mix of building and minor electrical work, both to be treated as the same job so ability to engage the other contractor is required. Patch 5 x fist size holes in wall, plaster and seal (no paint) Replace 5 doors with new and install new hardware Repair 2 x damaged door jams (minor cracking) Replace 9 x light switches Replace 12 x double power points Wire new oven in same place (to be provided) and also run power point for microwave, approx 500mm run to location from existing point. Remove and install new 1.8m high exterior fence, approx 8 meters long Repair decking, approx 2 meters wide and 1.5 meters deep Repair/replace approx 1 linear meter of weather board, in 3 separate locations. Remove waste Also, may get a kitchen bench installed.
