Laundry tub replacement & fix water damage

Supply and replace water damaged laundry tub (ideally tin), like for like size, 565 x 450 mm, tub only not taps, as taps are mounted directly on wall (see photos). Photos show current damaged tub, which has no back, so you can see the stained/moldy gib board. Replace any water damaged skirting board, investigate whether water damage has effected lower wall lining (gib board) and if it needs replacing. Investigate whether lower part of wall is water damaged (internal 4x2) and if it needs work, and also investigate flooring for water damage (although laundry is on concrete pad, with lino). This is in a rental property, where previous tenants failed to notify us of water leaks and overflow from tub.
