Scraping lino bitumen to restore native timber floor

Hi, I need a labourer to scrape up the black sticky bitumen under lino, in order to restore my hardwood floors. I have a testing certificate showing there is no asbestos. Unfortunately this cannot be removed by sanding etc as the bitumen would heat up and melt. Just needs elbow grease!
