Our rental property has some wallpaper coming loose that needs to be re-glued. We have glue in the garage or byo. Approx 6 strips of paper have separated at the junction of 2 drops, they are coming apart from the ceiling for approx 6" down the join. Should be a 30 second job but we are happy to make sure you are properly paid for the hassle of doing a small job! Our property is at 21 Salisbury Ave and is empty - you are welcome to look through the window of the front yard (through black gate) or grab the keys off Brenda Currie property management to have a look. I imagine in honesty it is not worth making 2 trips ie quoting for and then going back to do it - just email me an idea of price if you are interested and then whoever feels like getting to it first can grab the keys! BUT.... the paint in the bathroom is also looking a bit shabby. We suspect that we actually need a whole new bathroom but we would appreciate you looking at the paint and giving your opinion on whether a fresh coat will be acceptable enough to get the place back in shape for tenants or whether it is just too far gone. If you think it will be ok with a coat of paint we are happy for you to do this (within reason $) without getting in touch first so that you can get everything done in one quick trip. Thanks in advance :) Ema
