Property maintenance/cleaning handyman tasks

We require the exterior of our rental property to be tidied up (weeds pulled/lawn mowed, rubbish removed, general tidying). We also need the carpet cleaned, windows cleaned (indoors and out), bathroom cleaned (shower, toilet, hand basin and floors only - walls and ceiling will be painted) and kitchen cleaned. (note: property was cleaned previously by tenant but need a more thorough job). If pot holes in driveway could be filled (crusher dust) and spouting at front of house repaired that'd be a bonus, but not essential. The house is empty so timeframe is important to us as we would like to put the house on the market asap.
