I have windows up stairs that require rubber around edges on glass on the outside between glass and frame, windows sills x 2 on the inside to be replace as they have been affected by water and one inside window handle to be replaced. These are large aluminuim windows. I require this work to be done as soon as possible.

She was given a quote, which clearly stated what work that cost was for; she didn't read it properly, accepted the quote, and waited until AFTER work has been finished to discuss her concerns and decide that shedidn't agree with the quote after all. To Trademens who might work for this client - I strongly suggest you make sure she actually reads what she is given and remind her that any concerns needs to be raised BEFORE you have done all the work, otherwise you may not get paid for what you have done."
