I am looking to buy a home(33A Knowles st) The existing house was built in 1940 with stucco exterior cladding. I am looking to get a quote for a repair of the exterior cladding. There are about 20 visible cracks. The builder noted “There is widespread cracking to the exterior cladding. There is some damaged cladding that can be repaired by a cladding specialist. Slightly higher than normal moisture readings were indicated to the exterior cladding.”
