Builders report review

Hi, we have a builders report coming through to us tomorrow for a house we are under contract for. Expecting a few things. What are the chances of asking you for quotes for any potential problems that will need fixing. We would need quotes by end of day tomorrow (monday) though as we go unconditional Tuesday. Exterior weatherboard and window repair

1927 Weatherboard bungalow with wooden windows. Looking at a full repaint and there are a number of repairs that are required There are 2 windows with rotting sills that need to be replaced. 2 sets of windows that are sticking and don't open properly. Some of the weatherboards are rotting and the point where they "flair out" at the base have collapsed. Some rotten boards on the soffit's at the front of the house.

I recently got some new double glazed windows installed in my house. Unfortunately, when they installed the laundry window, they made a crack on the outside cladding- it won't get wet, as there is a carport. There is however asbestos, behind the cladding, so I would like a quote, and subsequent repair.

Hi I’m wanting to price up some cladding repair for rotting boards. I have 2 boards needing replacing, one down side of the house and one underneath a window and a porch lean needing replacing. I know the cladding can be ordered at Bunnings I just don’t have the know how on how to put up. I would also be interested in finding out the cost of removing a French door and putting a wall in replacement of it, but wanting cladding done first.
