Need a handyman or flooring specialist to inspect and repair laminated flooring (7mm thick, 245mm wide, 1.3m length planks — or standard size). The landlord claims there is water damage but has not provided any evidence. The goal is to replace the affected planks neatly and document the work for possible tenancy dispute purposes.
