Ceiling repair and paint/wall sand and paint

Hi. We are owners of a small tenanted unit in Albany that has had a water leak occur from upstairs bathroom. The leak has been fixed but we now seek someone to reliably, professionally repair the water damage incurred. Damage consists of a small approx 250x250mm hole cut in gib ceiling above kitchen area, and water "waves ripples" that have cascaded down wall approx 1.5-2.0m. Seek gib hole replaced/plastered and ceiling painted. Wall sanded and painted. We're told the entire kitchen/living area ceiling will require painting to ensure match and similarly the affected wall will require painting in entirety to match. Our unit is tenanted by a young family so we need our contractor to be mindful of the tenants living requirements whilst undertaking - the ceiling hole/affected wall is right alongside the kitchen area. We attempt to manage our unit ourselves and of course this "event" has occurred as we're just about to take a very long awaited trip of a lifetime overseas for a couple of months. So we ideally seek someone who will be professionally capable of repairing this, liaising as such with the tenants re access as necessary, and drop us the account via email - you can be assured you will be paid extremely promptly/within a day if poss (international time zones permitting).
