Repair/Replace floor board and door sill

Hi there, I am looking for someone to repair/replace: (First 4x photos) 1. a section of floorboard ready for new carpet to be laid. (I have removed the old section, which was water-damaged from an old leak. replace with treated ply or floorboard. 2. the bottom door sill/frame, which is worn/damaged, ready for painting. (last 1x photo) 3. Remove skirting and cut out an old section of water-damaged particle board wall lining (to the first nog only if possible) and replace it with new GIB board and plaster, ready for a painter to return. I will need you to measure up, supply materials, and install. Ideally, I would like the work completed over the weekend of 24/25th March, or latest, Wednesday, 27th March, before the carpet layer arrives. There may be a few other carpentry jobs in due course (I have purchased and renovating an old home). Cheers for taking a look
