Beam repair / strengthening and window reseal

The wooden beam has completely detached at the bottom, as seen by the circles. Hopefully it can just be re screwed and reinforced. Concerned the glass frames could come out. Then windows re-sealed after that, as the seal along the bottom completely cracked and falling away on both sides. Just after some quotes or happy to arrange a time to view for an onsite quote. No house access should be needed, so once confirmed, the time to do the job is flexible, as you can turn up without arranging a time for us to be there.
