Soffit and skirting replacement

Bathroom contractor onsite 12 February — 4 March. Feel free to go to site Monday 12 February to inspect. Would like quotes ASAP for budgeting purposes. Asbestos removal contractor onsite 5-7 March inclusive. Commencing 8 March 2024 after asbestos product has been removed and completed by 15 March at latest, replace 20 m2 soffit/20 m2 sub-floor skirting boards/4 m2 rear porch roof & cladding with suitable cement board, seal and paint.
