Paint Deck, Fix 2 broken gate/door hinges

Hi we have a few odd jobs around the house. Paint to the front deck 5mx5m approx, replace 2 broken hinges 1 on a gate and 1 on a door, buy white stones for the driveway and cover areas that have come through, clean the back deck with a water blaster with a brushing mode.
