Exposed beam rot repair
Job description
Have approx 13 beams which extend beyond the cladding at first floor. Some are rotting and also some rot around the cladding. Not sure of the solution but think its - removing cladding around beam, - cut the beam back to the cladding, - repaid the rot - install a beam cap - replace the cladding

Had some beams that needed supporting and the rot removed and repaired. Lui and team were excellent. Great communications, got the job done (and fast) and no issues or surprises. Really happy with the outcome. Thanks Lui
