Handyman needed for repairing and painting skirting board & other small jobs

I am moving in the next few weeks and have urgent work that needs completing in my apartment: 1) I have a long skirting board that needs to be put back in place and repainted (I have the paint) 2) I have some curtains where the screws connecting it to the roof are starting to slip out - this needs to be repaired 3) I have kitchen cabinetry that's been water damaged and this needs to be touched up/repaired as best as possible There are photos attached for each of these jobs. This work needs to be completed within the next 3 weeks. Thanks! Chris
