Seal some weatherboard cracks and tighten a bolt or 3

Recently purchased home with James Hardie Weather Board cladding - 3 of the boards have minor cracks which the building inspector suggested we have sealed for now until we have them replaced. All 3 are situated above the garage roof on the main house construct - work will be on top of the garage roof. All boards are direct fixed. Temporary clear sealant required. Main House roof - 1 bolt requires tightening as protruding up - Steel and Tube Roofing. TV Ariel needs refreshed silicone on bolts as well.
