Take down and rehang a metal curtain over stairwell

I have a mesh curtain that doubles as a stair wall and it needs to be taken down. Some cleaning people will take it away for cleaning and then it will need to be rehung. It's the actual stair well safety barrier , so I'll need to have a tight turnaround. It's 2 storeys high and has clips to the ceiling and floor. Definitely a two man job and may need some kind of scaffolding. Can anyone help?
