Removing 15cm of dirt & aggregate

Basic labour job: requires muscles and a sharp spade ! Require job to be done any day between 29th Nov - 2nd Dec next week. Require 15cm of dirt to be skimmed off from 1 x 4m section of yard and 15cm of aggregate from 2 x 4m section of yard. What’s taken off to be put in a retaining wall right next to the area. We require the ground level to be lowered so a concrete slab can be poured on top.
