Handyman / woman required for general ongoing rental property maintenance
Job description
Hello! My husband and I own a rental property in Birkenhead that we manage ourselves. We spend quite a bit of time travelling so aren't around much and so looking for someone who can help us with ongoing maintenance and general bits and bobs on the house as required. Things like re-staining the deck, fixing a broken skirting board, fixing a fence board that's fallen off, helping our flatmates dis-assemble / re-assemble and move furniture, and assisting the flatmates with anything they may need fixed like a broken window handle etc. We'd also be keen to have someone pop by to do a maintenance inspection every once in a while - just to keep an eye on whether anything needs upgrading. Is this something you could help with? If so, could you give me a rough idea of costs and how it would work on an ongoing basis?
