Require a serious quotation for the replacement and installation of new exterior doors- 2 (with new locks). Doors also need to be removed from site. Also need a handyman to dismantle old deck and replace with stairs and stairs landing.

It was a team effort Paul and Ali. They recommended fixing the deck instead of dismantling it (add value) and it turned out better than we thought.
