Hi, I have a small bathroom that needs to be repaired. The tennents have shifted out and there was a hole in the floorboard due to rot. I removed the bath panel and can see some rot under the bath as well. I think the cause was a hole in the sealent around the bath. I am not sure whether it can be simply repaired once source of leak addressed or the bath needs to be pulled out, boards fixed bath re installed. I also bought a new sink that needs installing. It is an old house so dont need to do anything flash but feel I have reached a point where I need the assistance of someone who knows what to do (not me :-). I would need the work completed within the next 10 days. I am open to suggestions in terms of what needs to be done or how to keep it simple. Thank You, John
