Fit prehung exterior door in frame

I have a pre-hung exterior door in a frame (1205mm) that needs to be fitted between 2 100mm posts that are 1215mm apart. Apparently the 10mm allowance is so the door can be hung even and straight using wedges. I also require the holes to be drilled in door and frame to the correct size to accommodate the lock.
