As shown in photos, the door meets the fixed panel with ample room at the top, but collides at the base. We suspect that the hinges need adjustment.

Nelson responded promptly, arrived punctually the following day and involved me in a discussion about the probable cause of the fault. It was agreed that payment depended on the fault being fixed. He fixed it within the hour and was paid. We're happy with Nelson's confident and cheery attitude and acknowledge his ability.
