Odd jobbies around a house to be presented

This jobs needs doing this week: 1. skirting slightly damaged by artwork falling... to be repaired/painted 2. A few little painting touch ups... literally 3 little spots... paint supplied 3. Perspex awning has been lifted from frame and damaged. new sheet to be cut and installed...the timber and screws on top can be used as they're undamaged. 4. A pvc drain pipe was slightly damaged in storm and needs cutting, probably not replacing...just the broken bit cut off 5. A bit of silicone on part of a conservatory
