1- gap under house (approx 4250 x 120) needs covering with timber or other solid material to prevent access by vermin- access to this is under timberdeck, larger person may struggle to access 2 - hole in wall (approx 400 x 130) needs repairing after removal of gas heater 3 - holes under floor caused during investigation/tracing of electrical fault (approx 950 x 280 and 1900 x 150) need covering with water resistant ply 4 - doors to linen cupboard need removing and skimming due to new carpet creating interference will add more photos soon
