Old Deck, raised or replaced.

The decking on our deck was stuffed so we removed it then we got hit by high winds, and a fence falling over damaged it. We'd like a new deck 6300L X 3430W X 700H (existing deck is 7770L) which matches the floor level of the house, possibly using some of the materials, but prepared to have a bonfire and start over, the deck would need a rail at one end, and steps at the other. Pictures aren't very good, existing deck attached to retaining wall and house, I'd rather it was free standing. We also have about 15 metres of fence that needs replacing at the roadside of the property.
