Garden jobs - deck staining - outside timber stain - install of clear-light roof

We need someone to install clearlight over the veranda, restain the deck and the larch wood cladding on the outside of the house. General garden and property tidy up aswell as topping up some mulch on the gardens. And probably some rubbish removal.
