Hills Washing Line Replacement

We have an old Hills clothesline that needs replacing. The one we are looking at as a replacement can be viewed on this link: --- / The old line needs to be removed - apparently best to cut off at the base and then concrete the new one hard against the old one (as we want them in the same place). The old one will also need removing - quite a big piece of metal. Guess it would be good scrap metal. Potentially I could do this part, but would appreciate the line solidly concreted in place by someone with the equipment and experience.
