Unfortunately, Brooks communication and timeliness let him down. The Job was never completed and he failed to turn up when he said he would on most occasions. The standard of wok was very poor but this may have been down to his employee as much as anything. However at the end of the day I expect the work to be of a professional standard but it wasn't. He asked and received a 50% deposit after the first day which may have been a mistake because it was after this his performance got tardy.
