Detached extractor fan cover & towel rack in bathroom

Two minor jobs, I'd hope it is pretty simple for someone handy with some screws/bolts. I would do myself but am in Auckland and this is in New Plymouth. - Reattach extractor fan cover in the kitchen - Towel rack in the bathroom is coming loose
