Repair studio roof
Job description
The studio roof (converted garage) has a leak. This seems to be around a clearlite panel in the roof. The source of the leak needs to be determined and the leak fixed. The clearlite panel will need replacing and possibly some gib inside where the water has come down. The property is tenanted and the builder/roofer/ tradesperson will need to work in with the tenants.

An excellent job from the beginning to completion. Ash was excellent at communicating with myself and with the tenants so that we all knew exactly what was happening when. He assessed the job and gave me various options. The quality of the job was great and I am very happy with the new roof, now insulated. He kept the site tidy when working.
