Re Glue ceiling tiles to joists

I have several ceiling tiles that are sagging - in the bedroom and Bathroom. I need an agile handyman that can go up into the roof and squirt No More Nails into the joists for the 2 areas, then I can prop them up from down below. I have the glue and also the props are ready for use. I estimate about 10 meters of gluing needed to cover both areas.
