White bait frame welding

I have a very small welding job. I have a homemade baiters net/frame and need some small metal stays/posts welded to it. Stays/Posts (rods, approximately 2x75cm) need to be supplied if possible and need the attachments to them able to be removed, and they'll need to sit be on a hinge contraption (the sort there you open and close Windows type hinge thingy) so it's collapsible, which also needs to be welded to the frame. Sounds more complicated than it actually is...quite simple I think, but my explanation is the complicated part lol. Thank you
