I've had two tradeis now let me down. One came to replace two rotten uprights to ensure you could safely walk around the round para pool. Decided to demolish half the deck and then said he was overwhelmed by a relationship breakup & couldn't cope. Next chap came & we agreed a price on a handshake for work to be carried out over Christmas holidays. His wife has left him & he's in the psych unit. House ready to go on the market HELP!
