Lean To removal from Neighbouring Fence

Needing a Lean To removed from the boundary fence, but ideally would love to keep the structure as it is super useful for storing wood etc. Hoping there is a way of supporting the structure on my own property as the neighbour is wanting to remove and replace the fence it is currently using as a support. Perhaps installing some supporting posts and a gutter along the roof line to catch rainwater and prevent it from going onto the neighbouring property.
