Hi there, I am looking for a tradesperson to undertake a couple of odd jobs to prepare my house for sale. Things such as- touch ups of paint inside the house. Replacing a couple of wooden panels on the fence. Tidying the section, including minor work to a fence (reattaching some fallen panels to the fence) and any other bits you may notice could help to tidy. I am not in Napier anymore so great phone communication is a must. I am a shift worker so would like some contact to be via email We are looking within the next month to get these bits completed. You will be working around our tenant and rental management company who are usually very flexible with work that needs completing.
