existing wall lining to be removed to one side of the kitchen. existing framing to pelmet to be cut and raised to match height of joinery. New plasterboard wall lining to be replaced. room has a raking ceiling so wall height and angle differs along the length. Finish to be left ready to be painted. works ideally completed asap
