Increase size of internal manhole and build new external manhole

We need to insulate our farm cottage, but need to do two things first: 1. Increase the size of the internal manhole (it is currently slightly smaller than standard) 2. Make a new manhole access to the underfloor space. (We think the original may have been covered by a new deck) Location is very handy to Masterton
