Repair fibre cement interior wall cladding in bathroom

Burst pipe meant a hole in the fibre cement (villaboard) lining of our bathroom, slightly tricky repair as toilet waste pipe and water supply need to be allowed for. Job is to replace to standard where we can plaster and paint.
