Eltham Road maintenance

GirlGuiding NZ has a property in Blenheim 36 Eltham Road or corner Eltham Road and Rogers Street, we have girl meetings held here weekly and over the past year we have some maintenance requirements of an external single door (not main entrance) in wet weather conditions water pooled under the door causing the chipboard flooring swell /damaged needs to be replaced sheet at internal floor at exit along with a seal on door as a solution to prevent future damage. We do have a local Facility Co-ordinator for your access when on-site visit when applicable, please advise for contact from quote sent to me. Julie Scott
