Spouting, facia and concrete floor repairs.

Work required at : Unit 4 / 3 Picton Street, Howick, Auckland. 1. Remove back roofing gutter (cut out at neighbour's boundary) - replace damaged portion of fascia board behind gutter. 2. Re-install gutter and connect with neighbours gutter. 3. Floor beneath gutter - Fill up, compact fill and concrete hole caused by leaky gutter. Also, quote for concreting the back area from the stairs edge to the boundary. Please Note: 1. Quotation site visits will need to be arranged with the Property Manager. 2. Two separate quotes required, 1. Facia / Gutter work. 2. Concrete floor work.
