Replacement of towel rail brackets on tiles

Hopefully a quick fix for someone please! Heated towel rail brackets need replacing. If you can source and supply brackets to fit existing holes that would be great! Otherwise I can supply new brackets, but I’m unable to find new brackets to fit existing drill holes so will need new installation and old holes to be filled/covered. It's for a tenanted property so will need to work around the tenants - ideally early morning or mid-late afternoon. Property in Dannemora, East/South-East Auckland. Please let me know if you need any measurements or have any questions.
