Minor fixing/touchups in Howick

A few jobs to do: 1. There are a few windows (in the lounge area and bathroom) where it's a bit sticky (and not closing properly); 2. Venetian blind needs to be fixed in the lounge (as can't seem to flex open and shut from one direction to the other); 3. There's a set of kitchen doors (under the kitchen sink) where it has become water logged and now doesn't close properly. I think these doors may need to be replaced. 4. The kitchen benchtop near the kitchen sink (where the seam is) looks to have soaked up water too and expanded. Not sure whether we fix this as we are reluctant to replace the entire benchtop - as it's quite wide; 5. The bathroom cabinet looks really worn down (other than the benchtop area). I guess we would probably go to bunnings or placemakers to check out a new bathroom cabinet?
