I have three small decks on the property. The decking wood needs to be replaced. Also, there is a cedar sunroom where there are cracks in the weatherboard that needs to be fixed (filler) ,as well as the gap between the weatherboard and roof (wood trim). Lastly, replace the wooden rotten frame of the aluminium entranceway.
