Shower silicone/wall paint/tile remove

1. The old mouldy silicone in the shower cubicle needs to be removed and fresh silicone applied please. 2. The small wall area (Gib) immediately next to the shower cubicle needs be repainted after removing the mould. 3. The square tile in the picture is very loose. It needs to be removed and refixed please. Please respond only if you can complete these jobs before Saturday (17th Feb). Thank you.
