Karl has been very professional in everything he deals with me for this job. Although I haven't met him but I already felt confident dealing with him at the onset. He offered me a craftman warranty even without asking for it. He asked for a deposit for a small job, but I felt confident doing so without knowing him or even met him. Glad we did. Good job as per tenants feedback.
