Internal cabling for wall mounting of tv

We have a tv that we want to hang - have bracket and cables, but we are feeling a little hesitant to create the hole in the wall for the cables to go. Looking for a handyman that can feed a tubing into our 1980s house, so all the cables can be hidden away.
